The Senior Support Advisor oversees support team operations, ensures quality control, and serves as the subject matter expert for planning processes, workflows, and data integrity. This role mentors junior support team members and drives efficiency across the firm.

PrimaryResponsibilities Include:
- Lead and oversee all planning preparation, workflows, and processes for the support team
- Review and approve the work of Associate and Support Advisors before submission to advisors
- Train new team members on planning software, CRM systems, processes, and workflows
- Own complex or multi-step planning tasks (e.g., tax estimates, retirement modeling, advanced analysis)
- Serve as the primary support resource for high-net-worth and complex clients
- Develop new processes and continuously improve existing systems for efficiency and accuracy
- Manage delegation and workload distribution across the support team
- Coordinate with advisors and operations to drive consistency and workflow alignment
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions
- Travel as needed to facilitate client relationship management, support business development, or accomplish other corporate functions, and attend two off-site team retreats each year. Ability to transport oneself is necessary.
Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of firm systems and planning software
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
- Expertise in planning data, modeling, and accuracy
- High degree of ownership and problem-solving ability
- Progress toward or completion of CFP® preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting , or business
- 5+ years financial industry
- Experience in client facing roles
- Promotion to Servicing Financial Advisor
