Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Nashville, TN, for a Financial Representative. As a Financial Representative, you will work to develop personalized financial plans tailored to clients' unique goals and needs. Daily responsibilities include assisting clients with financial planning, providing insurance and investment recommendations, and guiding clients through retirement planning and wealth management strategies. You will actively build and maintain client relationships, ensuring they feel confident in their financial future through ongoing education and support.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning
  • Knowledge of Insurance and its various types
  • Understanding of Finance principles and Investment strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset
  • Licensure in appropriate financial and insurance products (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
