Seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst (Contract) to support the accounting team during a finance program launch for the uBreaki

Fix team. Responsibilities include issue resolution, financial transaction validation, and testing support across multiple business units.

• Resolve inventory and receiving discrepancies in the accounting system.
• Close and write off aged work orders with proper documentation.
• Manage price maintenance, trade agreement updates, and related financial issues.
• Reconcile banking and cash transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Process and resolve customer and vendor settlements, including aging cleanup.
• Investigate and correct settlement variances in compliance with financial policies.
• Support business to business account reconciliations and financial adjustments.
• Perform bad debt assessments and write-offs following approval guidelines.
• Execute UAT test scenarios and document issues, ensuring workflows perform as expected.
• Conduct post-release validation to confirm accurate financial transactions and system behavior.

• A proven track record of academic and professional excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
• 2-3 years' experience in a high growth or transformational environment with similar responsibilities.
• Hands-on style with ability to dig into details.
• Proficient in Excel.
• A high attention to detail required.
• Microsoft Dynamics experience viewed favorably.
• Data entry experience viewed favorably.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Information collection and management skills.
• Problem identification and research skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
