As part of our Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice, the Digital Finance Transformation team modernizes finance functions, improves reporting transparency, and drives measurable business impact through technology‑enabled solutions.
TeamOur CFO Services – Digital Finance Transformation team works directly with CFOs, Controllers, and private‑equity sponsors. We support PE firms by ensuring portfolio companies have credible plans and the ability to execute and deliver financial outcomes.
How You Will ContributeFor this role you will:
- Partner with finance leadership to modernize ERP systems and improve reporting;
- Design scalable solutions that enhance finance transparency, analytics, and automation;
- Translate requirements between finance and technology teams;
- Deliver measurable business impact in high‑stakes environments.
- 4–8 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting or professional services;
- Experience contributing to ERP implementation efforts within finance transformation or consulting;
- Strong finance or accounting foundation (cash flow, three‑statement modeling, financial statement analysis);
- Proficiency in Power BI, Alteryx, and similar analytics tools;
- Significant exposure to Net Suite (preferred), SAP S/4
HANA, Oracle Cloud, or MS Dynamics 365; - Solid understanding of finance and accounting concepts, including forecasting, working capital management, and audit;
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

- Salary range: $100,000–$170,000 annually (variable by experience, geography, etc.);
