Financial Manager, CFO
The CFO will lead the financial strategy and operations for one of the company's largest and most strategically important business units. This executive will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, performance management, and operational finance while serving as a trusted advisor to business unit leadership and corporate executives. The CFO will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive business performance, support growth initiatives, and provide strategic financial guidance through data‑driven analysis and recommendations.
Reporting to the SVP of Finance and serving as a strategic partner to the CIO and business unit leadership team, the CFO is responsible for establishing and leading the financial foundation of the business unit. This includes developing scalable financial infrastructure, disciplined operating processes, performance management capabilities, and decision‑support frameworks that support sustainable growth while maintaining operational agility.
This role requires a collaborative and influential leader who can build trust across a diverse group of technical, operational, and business stakeholders. Success will depend on the ability to provide strategic direction, drive accountability, foster cross‑functional alignment, and support innovation while maintaining strong financial discipline. The Business Unit CFO will serve as the senior financial leader for the business unit, helping translate corporate objectives into actionable strategies and measurable business outcomes.

- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering with senior leaders to define and execute the company's strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
- Provide financial leadership and decision support for growth initiatives, market expansion opportunities, strategic investments, partnerships, and capital allocation decisions.
- Design, implement, and continuously enhance scalable financial systems, processes, controls, governance structures, and reporting capabilities that support organizational growth and long‑term value creation.
- Lead business unit budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, scenario modeling, and performance management processes to support strategic decision‑making.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators, management reporting, and financial analytics that provide actionable insights into growth, profitability, customer economics, operational performance, and investment returns.
- Partner closely with business, operational, product, and technology leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives, product investments, commercialization opportunities, pricing strategies, and resource allocation decisions.
- Establish financial frameworks and analytical models that support business planning, contract evaluation, profitability analysis, investment decisions, and operational optimization.
- Monitor financial and operational performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations that drive profitability, scalability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with accounting leadership to ensure effective financial controls, reporting processes, revenue recognition practices, compliance standards, and risk management programs are maintained across the organization.
- Support executive leadership, board presentations, strategic planning initiatives, and governance activities through thoughtful analysis, financial modeling, and business insights.
- Build strong cross‑functional partnerships and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, fostering alignment, accountability, transparency, and disciplined execution throughout the organization.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor finance talent while promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
