Job Description
The Wealth Management Banker in the affluent segment is responsible for the overall affluent client experience, ensuring collaboration of relevant entities to deliver the full spectrum of U.S. Bank products and services with respect to capabilities and solutions, including identification of other experts such as mortgage, small‑business banking, and personal trust services. This role includes developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for Affluent Wealth Management through proactive contact of assigned and prospective clients, and providing expert advice and counsel in building an understanding of clients’ needs and goals to recommend product and service solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, manage, and retain relationships with affluent clients.
- Proactively contact assigned and prospective clients.
- Provide expert advice and counsel on wealth banking services.
- Collaborate with mortgage, small‑business, and trust specialists to meet client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Up to three years of experience in Wealth Management, private banking or financial services.
- Series6‑63 or Series7‑63 licenses.
- Strong relationship‑management, sales, and business‑development skills.
- Basic understanding of wealth products and offerings.
- Basic competency in financial planning.
- Ability to engage in wealth discussions with clients to increase book of business.
- Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to make critical decisions independently.
- Effective writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
Requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation
Z. Candidates must pass a criminal background and credit check; failure to meet or maintain any NMLS requirements may result in rescission of the offer or termination of employment.

Salary Range$75,820.00–$89,200.00 (depending on primary location and experience).
