Billing Analyst

Our client, a media entertainment company, is looking for a Billing Analyst to join their team! This will be an onsite role working out of their office in Nashville. The successful candidate will have 2 years of invoicing or billing experience.

• Contract Role: 6 months
• Pay: $22.21/hr on W2

• Execute end-to-end billing processes, including generating on-demand, standard, and intercompany invoices, ensuring proper approvals, and handling delivery or uploads to customer portals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Client Services) and requestors to gather missing information and resolve customer billing disputes or inquiries.
• Prepare monthly billing reconciliations, track performance metrics, and gather necessary documentation to support internal and external audit requests.
• Actively participate in system enhancement projects, support month-end close activities, and handle ad-hoc requests as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration and 2 years of experience in invoicing or billing.
• Microsoft Excel experience is required.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
