In this role within the IB Business Risk Management - Travel and Expense Team, you will:
* Manage Operations:
Perform day-to-day tracking, coordination, and prioritization of business requests and deliverables related to Travel and Expense.
* Expense Compliance:
Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies.
* Ensure Accuracy:
Deliver assigned tasks accurately and on time, while providing assistance and coverage for team members.
* Provide Support:
Offer exceptional customer service to employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Educate & Assist:
Guide employees on policy compliance and assist with expense report submissions.
* Collaborate:
Work with various teams to validate and approve expense claims.
* Stay Current:
Keep up to date with company travel and expense policies and communicate changes effectively.
* Analyze & Report:
Develop comprehensive reports and PowerPoint presentations analyzing expense patterns and trends, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

Your expertise
* Ideally 0-2+ years of relevant experience in financial services (preferably within a Logistics & Control function) or a business management support role.
* Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Problem-solving mindset with both independent and collaborative approaches.
* Excellent analytical, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Experience with Concur, Power BI, or Alteryx is a plus.
