Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Select Search Group has partnered with a publicly traded real estate company to identify a Finance Manager to join its Corporate Finance team in Nashville.
Candidates must have prior real estate or related finance experience, along with a strong knowledge of using MRI.

This position offers broad exposure across corporate finance, FP&A, capital markets, investor relations, and executive reporting. The individual will support financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, Board presentations, monthly reporting, and other strategic financial analyses while working closely with senior finance leadership. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a publicly traded environment with strong visibility across the organization.

• 3+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related analytical role
• Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive-level presentations
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Experience with REITs, real estate, public companies, or capital markets is a plus
• MBA, CPA, or CFA designation is a plus
