Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Financial Coach to join our team in Nashville, TN. This full‑time, on‑site role involves providing personalized financial coaching and creating comprehensive financial plans. The Financial Coach will educate clients on personal finance, offer solutions to improve their financial health and wellness, and help them achieve their financial goals. This is not a sales position.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate financial wellness sessions.
- Conduct one‑on‑one financial coaching sessions.
- Develop and implement customized financial plans for clients.
- Educate clients on personal finance topics such as budgeting, saving, and investing.
- Provide actionable solutions to enhance clients’ financial health and wellness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and executive management.
- Offer ongoing financial guidance to support clients in reaching their financial objectives.
- Proven experience in financial coaching or a related field.
- Strong understanding of personal finance principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Commitment to improving clients' financial well‑being.
- Strong written skills.
- Ability to produce executive reports.
- Provide financial coaching.
- Provide and explain how to use BCH’s financial tools.
- Create personal financial plans.
- Schedule and conduct workshops to introduce/launch DFW.
- Facilitate train‑the‑trainer events.
- Generate usage reports.
- Manage corporate clients.
- Integrity, trust, compassion, empathy.
- Self‑starter with strong coaching skills.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Team player who values coworkers and a productive work environment.
- Ability to interact with students, administration, staff, and C‑Suite executives.
- Very strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written, oral, presentation, and listening skills.
- Ability to execute tasks and responsibilities at a high level with limited oversight.
- Time management skills – able to manage time, timelines, and priorities.
- Detail‑oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Canva experience is a plus.
- Undergraduate degree required (major relative to scope of work).
- 3 years of customer relationship experience.
- Familiarity with Zoom, Cisco Web Ex, and Microsoft Teams virtual meeting platforms (helpful but not required).
- Experience with Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar.
- Salary plus profit sharing (bonuses).
- Bonus (after successful completion of the probationary period).

- Work location is on‑site (no remote; Flex Fridays twice a month).
- Travel required (domestic and occasional international).

Range: $58,000 – $75,000 annually. Mid‑year and year‑end bonuses. Anniversary bonus also paid.
