Regions Bank - - Responsibilities:
Achieves individual and branch targets by proactively identifying customer needs and providing advanced guidance on Regions' solutions for small business customers;
Conducts outbound phone calls to expand relationships and acquire new ones;
Serves as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers with revenues up to five million dollars;
Educates customers on Regions' Consumer and Business products and services, including loan and deposit types;
Provides a consistent optimal customer experience and may share responsibility for day-to-day branch duties to ensure customers bank when, where, and how they choose
