Role Definition- Supports the Treasury department by formulating, proposing, and implementing interest rate risk and debt placement strategies to achieve the corporate business plan.
- Conduct financing alternatives analysis, execute derivative trades and debt capital markets transactions, analyze financial statements, and manage cash assets and bank accounts.
- Lead projects to conclusion by compiling information, analyzing data, recommending and implementing solutions, and providing information and analysis used to make and/or influence business decisions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to peers and recommendations to management on finance-related matters.
- Produce monthly/quarterly reports for management on topics including external debt, liquidity forecasts, interest rate and foreign‑exchange valuations, and asset‑liability management.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail – strong precision and diligence.
- Communicating Complex Concepts – ability to explain technical ideas clearly.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking – sound judgment and analysis.
- Managing Multiple Priorities – effective self‑management and prioritization.
- Relationship Management – building and maintaining productive relationships.
- Derivatives – knowledge of basic derivatives structure, attributes, uses, and processing.
- Financial Markets – understanding of market products, competitors, and regulatory considerations.
- Investment Banking Services – familiarity with mutual funds, securities, bonds, corporate debt underwriting, and M&A.
- This position requires the successful candidate to work full‑time, 5 days per week in the Nashville main office.
- Relocation is available for this position.
