• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes
• Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for various departments
• Analyze financial performance and trends, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to develop strategic financial plans
• Provide financial guidance and recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency
• Monitor key financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive leadership and board meetings
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA), preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications
