Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

A leading organization is seeking an experienced finance professional to provide strategic financial leadership and business partnership across a dynamic operating environment. This individual will collaborate with senior leaders to support planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and key business initiatives while helping drive operational performance and long-term growth.

• Partner with business leaders to support strategic planning and financial decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop financial models, performance reporting, and executive presentations.
• Analyze business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Support capital planning and investment analysis.
• Drive process improvements that enhance reporting, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor finance team members and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or strategic finance experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex business environment.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with ERP and reporting tools preferred.
