One Oncology is a patient‑centric oncology platform that empowers community physicians to deliver high‑quality care at a lower cost. We are building a collaborative ecosystem that blends clinical expertise with technology and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Perform detailed analysis of key strategic projects, including capital projects, practice growth opportunities, and service line expansion.
- Collaborate with Operations and Commercial Operations teams to incorporate market research and practice‑specific inputs into projections.
- Build and maintain financial models to support transaction deliverables, fiscal plans, and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze financial information and operational data across service lines (e.g., radiation, diagnostic imaging, laboratory) to identify performance variances and improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate requests from practice partners for capital expenditure funding and develop models to assess financial impact.
- Assist with bespoke transaction modeling for partner practices, including mergers, hospital partnerships, and other complex opportunities.
- Maintain internal trackers for ongoing projects and share updates with stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Synthesize findings and recommendations for Strategic Finance leadership and Regional Vice Presidents.
- Contribute to the preparation of materials for the Executive Investment Committee.
- Execute additional duties as assigned to support the company’s mission.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Transaction advisory, consulting, corporate M&A/finance, or investment banking experience strongly preferred.
- Healthcare services experience preferred but not required.
- Location in Nashville required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze data from diverse sources.
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare services, operational improvement, and value creation.
- Strong academic performance and understanding of GAAP and financial principles.
- Data mining and modeling capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑growing environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and stakeholder communication.
- Attendance is an essential job function.
