Financial Services Representative

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to serve as the face of our branch, delivering outstanding customer service and driving growth.

$18–$20

• Guide customers toward credit mobility and financial wellness.
• Provide top‑tier customer service and address inquiries, concerns, and product questions.
• Process and prepare loan applications, including closures on current and renewal loans.
• Take payments, balance assigned cash drawer daily, and prepare daily branch bank deposits.
• Transport money to/from the bank as directed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch.

• Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
• Assist in building tax clientele and provide tax services.
• Send accurate credit denial letters within 30 days of application date.
• Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager.

• Strong organizational and self‑confidence skills.
• History of kindness, compassion, and helping others.
• Willingness to seek quality‑driven solutions and embrace new ideas.
• Team player who pitches in when needed and accepts help.
• Basic computer skills; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Stationary work with frequent movement; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching.
• May lift up to 5lbs and exert up to 30lbs of force.
• Requires vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and clear verbal/written communication.
• Fast‑paced environment requiring multitasking, adaptability, and collaboration.
• Occasional local travel and extended hours, evenings, or weekends.
• Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace and typical noise, lighting, and temperature.
