Responsibilities:
Manager of Transaction Advisory Services

• Evaluate potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities within the aggregate and construction industry, analyzing financial statements, tax returns, and bank statements to identify and assess earnings, cash flows, financial position, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare various analyses, review financial records, and conduct interviews with target management to analyze quality of earnings (EBITDA), quality of revenue, net working capital, and other financial results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes that may impact our transactions

Requirements:
Manager of Transaction Advisory Services

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of practical involvement in transaction advisory services, mergers and acquisitions, or comparable financial positions, with a preference for experience in the aggregate and construction sector.
• Preference for candidates with CPA designation; however, it is not a strict requirement.
• Mandatory requirement of an undergraduate degree in accounting.
• Proficient in financial modeling and utilizing financial software and tools.
• Demonstrates outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities, displaying meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively presenting intricate financial information to individuals without financial backgrounds.
• Can manage multiple assignments and adapt to a deadline-driven environment.
