We are seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to help our senior advisors take excellent care of their clients. In this role, you'll be one of the people clients come to know and trust by coordinating details, following up on next steps, preparing for meetings, and keeping important work moving so clients feel cared for and advisors have the support they need.
This is a strong fit for someone who is organized, warm, and steady under pressure, with real room to grow.
New business development is handled separately, so you can focus entirely on client care and advisor support. You'll be the connecting thread between advisors and clients; the person keeping things moving so advisors can focus on planning and clients always feel taken care of.
Our client is a growing, independent RIA focused on high-net-worth clients, offering exposure to sophisticated financial planning, investment management, and firm operations while working closely with advisors genuinely invested in your growth.
Open positions in Colorado Springs, CO;Phoenix, AZ; and Nashville, TN (in office).
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare for and follow up on client meetings—investment and planning updates, reports, paperwork, and next steps.
- Serve as a go-to point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in person, including help with the client portal.
- Handle account opening, investment paperwork, money movement requests, and reporting; place trades at an advisor's direction.
- Keep advisor calendars, deadlines, and client records organized and on track.
- Support client and prospect events, approved educational content, and day-to-day office needs.
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in wealth management or the independent RIA space.
- Series 65 license preferred
, or willingness to obtain. - Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Strong client service, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Sharp attention to detail and follow-through, with comfort managing multiple systems and priorities.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills; CRM experience (Orion, Redtail) is a plus.
- Client-facing experience and comfort working directly with affluent individuals and families.
- A track record of sticking with roles and growing within them.
- Toward financial planning: support in pursuing the CFP or FPQP designation, with opportunities to contribute to client financial plans.
- Toward deeper client service: the opportunity to work more closely with the firm's highest-net-worth clients through family office services.
Compensation based on experience, beginning at $70,000. Bonus eligible. Benefits include health insurance, dental, PTO, VTO, financial wellness, 401(k) with company matching, and tuition reimbursement.
