We are partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed healthcare services organization to identify an exceptional Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Reporting directly to the CFO, this executive will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, driving operational performance, and supporting the company's next phase of growth through both organic expansion and acquisitions.
This is a highly visible leader on the executive team who will be strategic, hands‑on finance executive who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments and enjoys partnering closely with executive leadership, operations, and private equity sponsors.
What You'll Do- Lead all aspects of enterprise FP&A, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and monthly financial reporting.
- Partner with the CFO, CEO, executive leadership team, and private equity sponsors to drive value creation initiatives.
- Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making, capital allocation, and growth initiatives.
- Deliver meaningful financial insights and KPI dashboards across a multi-site healthcare platform.
- Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability, labor efficiency, provider productivity, and overall business performance.
- Lead board reporting, lender reporting, and executive presentations.
- Support acquisitions through financial modeling, due diligence, integration planning, and post-close performance tracking.
- Build scalable FP&A processes, reporting capabilities, and financial systems to support continued growth.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA and/or CPA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance leadership experience.
- Experience with in a private equity-backed company strongly preferred.
- Healthcare services experience required, preferably within a multi-site provider organization (urgent care, physician practice management, behavioral health, dental, ASC, infusion, home health, or similar).
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and presenting to boards and investors.
- Demonstrated success leading teams through rapid growth, acquisitions, and operational transformation.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience leveraging modern FP&A and BI tools (Power BI, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Net Suite, or similar).
- Executive-level visibility with direct access to the CFO, CEO, and Board.
