SHR Talent is partnering with a healthcare services organization in Nashville, TN in its search for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.
The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis is a high-impact opportunity to step into a visible role supporting executive leadership, reporting directly to senior leadership, and helping drive financial insights across a growing platform. The team is seeking a technically strong, data-driven finance professional who can bring energy, ownership, and analytical rigor to the function. The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.
position offers a hybrid schedule and includes oversight of a team, with the ability to influence financial strategy, reporting, and decision-making across the organization.
- Lead financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Deliver actionable insights through financial modeling and data analysis
- Build and enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools
- Perform variance analysis and communicate key business drivers to leadership
- Partner cross-functionally to support strategic and operational decisions
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Manage and develop team members within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
- Identify and implement process improvements across reporting and planning cycles
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA), a plus
- 5 – 8+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or related field
- Blend of public accounting and industry experience, strongly preferred
- Strong technical skill set with data analysis tools and financial systems
- Advanced Excel skills, required
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau, preferred
- Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Prior experience managing or mentoring team members, preferred
