Oracle is seeking a Senior Benefits Finance Analyst; this role is responsible for the financial oversight of the company’s health and welfare programs. The role will work with external actuaries, benefit vendors, consultants, and internal Finance partners to develop cost analyses and forecasts, monitor financial performance, and analyze key cost drivers.
The position will translate complex healthcare, actuarial, vendor, and financial data into practical insights that support cost planning, program decisions, and longer-term benefits planning for US and support financial information collation and review for International benefits.
The successful candidate will have experience in benefits finance, healthcare finance, actuarial or benefits consulting and should be comfortable working across multiple teams, reviewing complex financial information, and communicating findings clearly and succinctly to key stakeholders.
What You’ll Do Financial Management and Reporting- Monitor benefits program financial performance against forecasts and financial plans.
