Relationship Banker II

• Meet with customers and prospects in person and by phone to determine financial needs
• Proactively offer appropriate products, services, and guidance to help customers achieve financial goals
• Achieve branch targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing guidance on Regions' solutions
• Conduct outbound calls from customer and prospect lead lists to expand relationships and acquire new customers
• Educate and advise customers on Regions' consumer and business products and services, including loans and deposits
• Educate customers on mobile, online, ATM, and other digital banking solutions
• Provide an optimal customer experience, including greeting customers and processing transactions
• Own and resolve customer issues
• Refer customers to internal experts when complex financial needs are identified
• Follow banking processes, procedures, laws, and regulations
• Complete duties delegated and assigned by the Branch Manager
• Help ensure sound banking practices and manage, identify, and report operational risks

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
• Ability to communicate in person, by phone, and through electronic channels
• Frequent computer use, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Life Insurance License preferred
• One year of cash-handling, banking, and/or customer service experience preferred

Demonstrates expertise in customer engagement and financial product education, ensuring optimal customer experiences while adhering to banking regulations and processes. Proficient in cash handling and operational risk management.
