Position: Senior Consumer Relationship Banker (Donelson Branch)
Regions Bank -  - Responsibilities:
Achieves individual and branch targets and goals by proactively identifying customer needs and providing advanced level guidance and perspective about Regions’ solutions with a specific focus on Preferred Banking Households;
Conduct outbound phone calls using generated customer and prospect lead lists of Preferred Banking and other consumer households to expand existing relationships and acquire new ones;
Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households;
Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including all loan and deposit types, annuities, and life insurance;
Owns and resolves customer issues
