Integra Loan Tech
Product & Solutions Specialist
Located in Brentwood, TN, Integra Software Systems (dba Integra Loan Tech) is a lending platform provider delivering loan automation for community banks and credit unions since 1996. Our cloud-based, 3-in-1 platform, Epic, covers the lending process from A-Z for mortgage, consumer, and commercial loans on one single platform, automating the process to help clients close loans faster and increase profit. Epic also provides a tailored, borrower-facing website, loan officer tools, processing, underwriting, closing, funding, reports, analytics, and more.
The RoleThis role sits where the product meets the customer. You are the person who shows Epic to prospective clients and makes it make sense, and the person our implementation team and clients turn to when a lending-product or regulatory-compliance question has no obvious answer. About a quarter of your week is prospect-facing demonstration work. The rest is deep product and compliance expertise applied to real client problems: diagnosing a miscalculating Loan Estimate, configuring HMDA for a secondary-market channel, translating a client request into a developer-ready spec.
We need someone with real depth in bank lending who also presents well — a rare combination, and the whole job.
- Demonstrations (~25%) — Deliver Epic LOS/POS demos to prospective banks and credit unions (about two/week) alongside sales leadership; tailor each to the institution's lending channels, state requirements, and core system; maintain sample loan scenarios and document packages; support pricing/scoping with feasibility input and hand off to implementation.
- Own the demo environment — Maintain the Sales environment as Epic's reference implementation (setups, workflows, verification rules, document rendering, demo loan library); use it to reproduce client issues side-by-side against a known-good config.
- Serve as product/compliance authority — Be the escalation point for implementation and clients on product behavior, calculations, closing documents, and regulatory questions; research primary sources (CFPB, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, investor requirements) for defensible answers; represent Integra to vendors (Tru Stage, Doc Magic, CSI, Marksman, credit/flood providers); support clients through exams and audits.
- Translate needs into requirements — Write clear, field-level specs for enhancements and defects; judge what to build vs. configure/train vs. decline; maintain client-facing reports and product documentation; deliver occasional client training and present the quarterly release notes webinar.
- Required: 5+ years in bank/credit union lending (lender, loan ops, compliance, or LOS implementation/product); working command of HMDA, TRID, Reg Z, and QM/high-cost testing; hands-on LOS configuration experience, not just usage; comfort presenting to bank executives, including unexpected questions; instinct to research to source rather than guess.
- Preferred: construction/construction-to-permanent lending, including draw mechanics; commercial and agricultural lending exposure; report writing against a relational database (Crystal Reports or comparable SQL); core banking integration/boarding experience.
You’ll be the most product-knowledgeable person in the company on lending, relied on by sales, engineering, and clients' compliance teams. You’ll see the full arc from demo through implementation to production, working directly with community bank leadership. The role is scoped deliberately, with a defined escalation intake process and a named backup for the systems you own.
