Responsibilities

• Analyze banking, insurance, and investment market trends to support sales and business development strategies
• Evaluate performance of investment and retail finance portfolios to identify growth opportunities
• Build financial models and forecasts to guide strategic planning and revenue optimization
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations
• Partner with sales teams to develop data-driven client proposals and product strategies
• Monitor risk, profitability, and portfolio performance across personal loans and insurance products
• Support budgeting, KPI tracking, and performance dashboards for the department
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and tools
