Compensation
: 90k-185k + Production Bonus, with a clear path to book-building and long-term equity/succession opportunity

Our client - a growing, established wealth management office in the Nashville area - is hiring a Lead Financial Advisor to help rebuild and shape the next chapter of their business.

This is a rare seat-at-the-table opportunity. The founding advisor has been in the business for over 30 years and is looking for someone with a true business development mind set - not just a relationship manager - to help grow the book, take on client referrals, and eventually step into a larger leadership role within the office.
