We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and business performance analysis for a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analyst

• Analyze financial data, trends, and business performance metrics.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Collaborate with management to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information and reporting.

Qualifications
- Financial Analyst

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of financial analysis, accounting, or related experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
