Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare organization seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Operations to join its finance team. This is a highly visible role for a finance leader who enjoys partnering with operational leadership, translating financial data into actionable insights, and helping a growing organization make better business decisions.
This position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to play an important role in financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic initiatives.
What You'll Do- Own financial planning and forecasting activities for a portfolio of business units.
- Analyze actual results against budget and forecast, identifying key trends, variances, and opportunities.
- Develop financial models, KPIs, and performance reporting to support business decisions.
- Prepare monthly business reviews and executive-level financial presentations.
- Partner closely with accounting and operational leaders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Provide forward-looking financial insights to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and overall business performance.
- Manage multiple strategic and ad hoc projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Evaluate and implement financial reporting and planning tools as the organization continues to scale.
- Lead and develop a small team of financial operations professionals.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of progressive finance or financial operations experience.
- Experience preparing executive-level financial materials and presentations.
- Strong FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling experience.
- Healthcare, physician practice, or private equity-backed experience is highly preferred.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities with the ability to turn complex information into a clear story for leadership.
- Highly analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Experience with financial planning systems is a plus.
