About The Opportunity- Senior Financial Analyst
Our client is seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing finance team in East Nashville. This role will partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, support forecasting and budgeting efforts, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

- Senior Financial Analyst
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgeting processes
- Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
- Partner with operational leaders to support strategic planning initiatives
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to management
- Support business case development, profitability analysis, and investment evaluations
- Assist with financial planning, KPI tracking, and management reporting
- Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and data accuracy
- Senior Financial Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- 4+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques
- Experience with ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and financial reporting platforms preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to leadership teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant professional designation preferred but not required
