Member Experience Specialist

MPD Community Credit Union | Nashville, TN (In-person)

Full-Time | $17-$20/hour + Incentives

• Build genuine relationships with members in person and over the phone
• Help members with accounts, transactions, loans, and financial solutions
• Listen to understand needs and guide members to the right products
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy
• Educate members on credit scores and financial wellbeing
  
  Cross-sell credit union services to create complete financial relationships

• Natural ability to connect with people
• Eagerness to learn (we'll train you on the technical stuff!)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Experience in finance/banking? Helpful but NOT required. We value heart and attitude over everything else.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm;
Rotating Saturdays 8:45am-12:15pm
