We were right. Defy is a direct lender purpose-built for Non-QM loans only. No conforming, no FHA. One box, done exceptionally well.

• A traditional, self-sourced, producing loan officer. You build and own your book. You originate and structure with in-house processing behind you and direct access to leadership. And, we also provide inbound lead opportunites.

• Source your own production through referral relationships and your network — this is not an inbound/call-center seat
• Own borrower and referral-partner relationships end to end
• Work directly with our processing team to keep files moving and closings on time
