Location: Bellevue Branch
Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour

What You'll Do- Accurately process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.
- Deliver exceptional service to members in person and over the phone.
- Build positive relationships by identifying member needs and providing helpful solutions.
- Learn and follow credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize technology and banking systems efficiently while adapting to new processes.
- Support branch operations through reliable attendance and teamwork.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service and cash handling experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Financial institution experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
