Interim Finance Leader – Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced interim finance leader to provide immediate support to a rapidly growing healthcare organization in Nashville. The role will provide leadership across the finance function, with a particular focus on FP&A, operating finance and senior‑level financial reporting FP&A, operating finance and senior‑level financial reporting. The successful candidate will have the ability to step in quickly, operate independently and partner effectively with senior leadership and the Board.

• Lead/support FP&A, forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Communicate consolidated financial performance and forecasts to senior leadership and the Board.
• Partner with operations and translate operational performance into financial results and forecasts.
• Provide broader finance leadership and capacity as required.
• Quickly adapt to a fast-moving and evolving environment.

• Strong FP&A and/or operating finance leadership experience.
• Proven experience presenting to senior executives and Board-level stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and operational finance partnering skills.
• Healthcare experience required
• Able to work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment.
• Nashville-based candidates strongly preferred, with significant onsite presence required initially.

• Initial 2–3 month assignment, with potential to extend.
• Opportunity to convert to permanent after 3 months
