• Serve as a strategic finance partner to leadership by delivering financial insights and analysis that support key business decisions.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting and long-range planning initiatives, including annual budget preparation and ongoing performance tracking.
• Develop forecasts, perform variance analysis, and provide insights into financial results and business drivers.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams.
• Drive process improvement efforts and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Evaluate and implement enhancements to financial reporting tools, analytics platforms, and business intelligence capabilities.
• Develop and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages highlighting key performance metrics and business results.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic planning and organizational performance.
• Support cross-functional projects, growth initiatives, and ad hoc financial analyses.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of FP&A experience
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
