FP&A Manager

Finance Manager (FP&A) | PE-Backed Healthcare | Nashville

A fast-growing, PE-backed healthcare company is adding a Finance Manager to its corporate FP&A team. This is a build-it role, not a maintain-it role.

You'll own the finance partnership for corporate functions - IT, marketing, HR, operations - and have direct visibility to senior leadership from day one.

• ERP implementation on the horizon and you'll help shape how the function gets built
• CFO and VP of Finance have worked together for years, high trust, low politics
• PE-backed, high-growth environment where the work compounds fast

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance with some business partnering exposure
• Advanced Excel required;
  Power BI, Sage, or Velixo a plus
• Comfortable translating numbers into decisions for non-finance stakeholders
• Self-starter who thrives when the playbook isn't written yet
• Healthcare or multi-site experience helpful, not required
• Hunger is non-negotiable, this team moves and expects you to move with it

• Hybrid, 3-4 days in office, Nashville-based required
