Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Specialist who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting financial advisors in a collaborative, planning-focused wealth management environment.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Franklin, Tennessee.

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing responsive, high-touch service by phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare for and follow up on client meetings by coordinating reports, investment updates, paperwork, and action items.
• Assist with account openings, investment paperwork, money movement requests, account maintenance, and client reporting.
• Execute investment trades at the direction of financial advisors while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Guide clients through the firm's client portal and assist with general account and service-related questions.
• Maintain advisor calendars, coordinate client meetings, and manage deadlines to ensure an organized and efficient workflow.
• Keep client records, documentation, and CRM data accurate and up to date.
• Support client appreciation events, educational seminars, and other firm-sponsored activities.
• Collaborate closely with advisors and internal team members to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive client information with professionalism and discretion.

• 3+ years of experience
  in financial services, preferably within a wealth management or independent RIA environment.
• Series 65 license preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong client service, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.
• Experience with CRM and wealth management technology platforms such as Orion, Redtail, or similar systems preferred.
• Comfortable working with affluent individuals and families in a high-touch service environment.
• Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary beginning at $65,000+ commensurate with experience, plus bonus eligibility.
