Principal Financial Analyst - OCI; DC Operations Finance

Principal Financial Analyst to support OCI Data Center Operations. (Onsite position - Nashville, TN; Saline, MI; Abilene, TX; Port Washington, WI; or Anthony NM)

Within OCI Finance, this role will serve as a key finance partner to the Data Center Operations organization, providing operational FP&A support across Oracle’s data center footprint. You will partner with Operations leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, operating expense management, and financial reporting, with a focus on understanding and managing key data center operating costs such as facilities, repair and maintenance, equipment maintenance, and other site-related expenses.

The role will provide financial analysis and insights into operational cost drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and help leaders make informed decisions that improve cost management, planning accuracy, and the efficient operation and scaling of OCI’s data center infrastructure.

As a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial support for planning and control. Assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results; preparation of annual budget. Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Prepares recommendations based on analyzes.

May perform revenue and expense analysis, headcount and headcount driven expense analysis at cost center level, tracking of product and product line revenue, reconciliation of accounts receivable, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed. You may participate in cross functional programs and projects.
