At Regions, the Private Wealth Management Private Lending Advisor serves asan expert on credit, banking and business transition services, providing flexibility for the most complex client's banking and credit needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develops creative, innovative solutions to new client financings or restructurings within acceptable credit/risk parameters both within Wealth Management and through other areas of the bank
• Originates credit and deposit leads from existing clients and prospects and participates in new marketing initiatives
• Acts as local expert for business solutions for wealth management teams, bringing appropriate lending and capital raising to the wealth management teams
• Serves as primary contact on credit portfolio and/or key/complex borrowing relationships
• Demonstrates credit/risk management discipline
• Works autonomously to support larger and/or more complex issues, clients, accounts, projects, analyses, or internal relationships
• May be a subject matter expert for advisors with lesser experience

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
