Our med spa is seeking dedicated, client-centered, and highly skilled Licensed Estheticians to join our newest location.

We’re looking for professionals who blend advanced technical expertise in skincare and cosmetic treatments with exceptional communication and a sincere passion for enhancing client well‑being. In this role, you will help create a luxurious, results‑driven experience that inspires confidence, promotes wellness, and delivers lasting beauty outcomes for every client.

• Perform a diverse range of advanced facial and skincare treatments —including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, body therapies, and cryotherapy— while ensuring safe, effective, and results‑driven experiences for every client.
• Craft and recommend premium skincare products tailored for at‑home regimens to help clients extend and maximize their in‑spa results.
• Conduct in‑depth skin analyses and personalized consultations to design customized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique skin type, concerns, and aesthetic goals.
• Educate and empower clients with expert guidance on skincare best practices, pre‑ and post‑treatment care, and long‑term skin health maintenance.
• Assess and document skin conditions with precision, identifying sensitivities, allergies, or contraindications, and adapting treatment protocols to ensure optimal safety and comfort.
• Maintain thorough and accurate client records, tracking treatment history, progress, and results to ensure consistency and exceptional quality of care.
• Foster a pristine, serene, and professional treatment environment, adhering to the highest standards of sanitation, hygiene, and sterilization across all tools, equipment, and work areas.

• Current Esthetician license.
• Experience in medical esthetics.
• Knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
