• $20-$31 an hour (not including cash tips) – see breakdown below
• $12.00 an hour starting
• $12.50 at 6 months
• $13.00 at 18 months
• 10% commission on product/tool sales, locks & mane extensions
• Products/Tools range from $14-$295
• 20% commission on add‑on services
• Commission on membership sales: $5 or $10
• Barfly Single or Barfly Double

• Work a weekly weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
• Must work the evenings of holidays (Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving Eve, New Years Eve)
• Must work on Valentine’s Day
• Must work CMA Fest Week (June)
• Must work CMA Awards (November)
• Must work a minimum of 2 shifts a week
• Hold a current and valid cosmetology, braiders, or barber’s license for the state of TN
• Ability to work with and be part of a team
• Desire to be part of an inclusive and supportive team where everyone is free to be themselves
