• $20-$31 an hour
  * Not including Cash Tips!

• $12.00 an hour Starting
  • $12.50 at 6 Months
  • $13.00 at 18 Months
• 10% Commission on Product/Tool Sales/Locks&Mane Extensions Sales
  • Products/Tools range from $14-$295
• 20% Commission on Add-on Services
  • Something as simple as a $15 Service to one of our $25 Premium Services
• $5 or $10 Commission on Membership Sales
  • Barfly Single or Barfly Double

• Working a Weekly Weekend Shift (Saturday or Sunday)
• Blackout Dates-
  • Must Work the Eve's of holidays (Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving Eve, New Years Eve)
  • Must Work Valentines Day
  • Must Work CMA Fest Week (June)
  • Must Work CMA Awards (November)
• Must work a minimum of 2 Shifts a week
• A current and valid Cosmetology, Braiders or barbers license for the state of TN
• Ability to work with and be a part of a team
• A desire to be a part of an inclusive and supportive team where everyone is free to be themselves!
