PRN Speech Language Pathologist (Nashville) at Thrive Therapies. This role is on-site and School-Based in Tennessee for the 2025–2026 school year.

We place SLPs in K–12 schools and work shoulder-to-shoulder with school teams to ensure you’re supported, respected, and never alone.

• Possess at least a master’s degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited institution
• Current CCC from ASHA
• Hold an active license from the Tennessee Board of Communication Disorders and Sciences
• Obtain and pass a background check before employment begins
• At least 1+ years of experience, with bonus points for working in a school environment (K–12)
• Passion for culturally responsive care and educational equity
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with AAC devices, bilingual populations, or students with complex needs

Base pay range
: $50.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Compensation: 1099: $50–$70/hour
