Pay: $2,179.80/week

Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

ATC Healthcare is seeking a skilled and adaptable NICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Nashville, Tennessee, at a public hospital transitioning toward an LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) care model. NICU travelers will assist with cross‑training efforts and provide coverage for Delivery and Mother/Baby units during this transition.

This role requires strong neonatal experience, flexibility, and the willingness to float across units as needed. Nurses must be comfortable in a dynamic environment that includes caring for incarcerated patients and working in a combined NICU Level II and well‑baby nursery setting.

This is a unique opportunity for NICU nurses who are confident, adaptable, and comfortable functioning independently in high‑responsibility clinical situations.

• Provide specialized NICU and neonatal nursing care.
• Attend high‑risk deliveries and function as baby nurse.
• Provide care for neonates in NICU II and well‑baby nursery.
• Manage neonatal ventilation (AC, PC, SIMV, CPAP, BiPAP, PEEP).
• Perform blood glucose monitoring, IV therapy, phlebotomy, and medication administration.
• Support delivery coverage during LDRP cross‑training.
• Float to Delivery, Mother/Baby, and other units as needed.
• Function independently in emergency situations when attending deliveries.
• Provide care for incarcerated patients when applicable.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Active Tennessee RN license or multi‑state compact license (required at submission).
• Minimum 1 year of NICU experience required.
• Must have L&D experience and willingness to float to other units.
• Comfortable working with incarcerated patient populations.
• First‑time travelers accepted.
• Locals accepted at same rate.
