Preferred Podiatry Group (PPG) is actively hiring a Physician Assistant (PA) in the Nashville, TN area to provide compassionate, podiatric-focused care to residents in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), nursing homes, and assisted/independent living communities.

Key Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and treat conditions affecting the foot and lower extremities
- Provide diabetic foot care and preventive wound management
- Educate patients and caregivers on foot health and mobility preservation
- Collaborate with nursing facility staff to coordinate patient-centered care
- Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure best-in-class outcomes
- Document clinical encounters using Next Gen EMR on a company-issued iPad
- Master's degree and completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program (required)
- Active state licensure as Physician Assistant or eligibility to obtain license (required)
- Experience post Physician Assistant training in the podiatry space strongly preferred.
- Certification by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) (required)
- Clinical experience in podiatry post-PA training (strongly preferred)
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Ability to bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 15 pounds at times.

- Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue they generate through billing and collections. Based on 50 working weeks per year, estimated annual earnings range from $22,000–$34,000 per day per week worked (e.g., 1 day/week = $22,000–$34,000 annually; up to 5 days/week = $110,000–$170,000 annually). Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance.
