Temp Force Nursing Collab

Applies the nursing process to plan and manage the care of complex patients. Provides patient education, collaborates with the healthcare team, ensures evidence‑based care, and continuously monitors patient outcomes.

• 13‑week travel‑style assignment (extends beyond the standard 13‑week duration).

• Fixed assignment end date:
May 2 2026; preferred start:
January 2026.

• Night shift (7 p.m.–7 a.m.) on the Stepdown unit at Vanderbilt University Hospital, Nashville, TN.

• Premium pay: $65 per hour
• Medical insurance available through Temp Force
• Assign to the same hospital (possible float between units)
• RNs typically work 36–40 hours per week based on unit needs

• Collaborate in establishing and coordinating plan of care, anticipating patient needs across the continuum.
• Analyze comprehensive information to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Apply the nursing process to evaluate patient progress and implement effective interventions.
• Employ strategies to promote health and provide a safe and healthy environment.
• Additional duties may be assigned.

• Registered Nurse license in Tennessee
• Graduate of an approved discipline‑specific program or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of relevant RN experience
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications
• Ability to work a night shift and travel assignment
  
  Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
