Clinical Director (BCBA) - Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as our Clinical Director. In this leadership role, you will oversee and manage the clinical operations of our ABA clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services while adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines. You will provide clinical leadership to the treatment team, oversee staff supervision and training, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Clinical Leadership
    :
    Provide direction to behavior therapists and supervisors. Ensure the implementation of evidence-based ABA interventions and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Operational Management
    :
    Review daily schedules and confirm staff assignments to ensure appropriate staff-to-client ratios. Coordinate staff coverage by addressing absences or scheduling conflicts.
  • Quality Assurance
    :
    Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation (session notes, reports). Maintain service quality through data collection, progress monitoring, and treatment fidelity checks.
  • Staff Supervision & Mentorship
    :
    Supervise and train behavior therapists and BCBA supervisors. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide real-time feedback, guidance, and coaching to support professional growth.
  • Program Development
    :
    Collaborate on individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on comprehensive assessments. Analyze data to make informed decisions regarding treatment plans and modifications.
  • Collaboration
    :
    Collaborate with administrative staff on scheduling and billing. Conduct meetings with clients and families to provide updates, discuss goals, and ensure client-centered care.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Certification:
    Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. Must be in good standing with the BACB.
  • Experience:

    Extensive experience in ABA, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities.
  • Skills:

    Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical Requirements:

    Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and engage in physical activities such as standing, kneeling, and running as needed.
  • Compliance:
    Successful completion of criminal history background check and drug screening.
Schedule
  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday
  • Shifts may include:
    Day shift, Morning shift, and After school availability
  • Requires an average minimum billable requirement weekly
