As a PRN Physical Therapist, you’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented individuals in the world of performance and entertainment, providing specialized care during rehearsals, productions, and tours.
Position OverviewIn this role, you’ll deliver skilled physical therapy services with a focus on manual therapy and dry needling. Our practitioners use a blend of advanced treatments that include deep tissue release, muscle energy techniques, manipulations, active release, and more. Treatments will be at various locations depending on the request; at clients homes, studios, venues, or at our Rock Nashville campus.
Responsibilities- Evaluate, treat, and manage clients’ musculoskeletal conditions.
- Implement manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other evidence-based techniques.
- Provide dry needling treatments as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Adapt quickly to the demands of fast-paced production and touring environments.
- Active Tennessee Physical Therapy License.
- Dry Needling certification required.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of the entertainment industry.
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic and sports medicine practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professionalism and commitment to the well-being of clients.
- Experience working in high-demand or performance-focused environments.
- Background in sports, performing arts, or touring is a plus.
- Knowledge in vocal physical therapy is a plus.
