  • Clinical Operations & Workflow Expertise: Serve as an expert resource on EHR domains including clinical documentation, order management, automated resource planning, and integration of patient‑generated health information.

  • AI & Automation Advocacy: Champion adoption of Oracle’s Autonomous AI Agents and other advanced digital solutions, demonstrating their value for reducing clinician burden and supporting safer, more efficient care delivery.

  • Continuous Feedback Loop: Collect and synthesize market insights, clinical feedback, and regulatory trends from customers; ensure these are effectively communicated to Oracle’s product leadership to inform ongoing software enhancements.

  • Change Management & Training: Advise health system partners on governance, change management, and best practices for successful EHR and patient engagement solution adoption, including staff training and workflow redesign.

  • Quality, Compliance, and Data Integrity: Support strategies for maintaining data quality, optimizing clinical workflows, and ensuring compliance with US healthcare regulations and industry standards.

Required Qualifications
  • Licensure: Active, or recently active, license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician Assistant (PA) with 7 years of experience.

  • EHR Leadership: Proven experience leading or playing a key role in a large‑scale EHR implementation or adoption initiative at a health system or hospital group.

  • Digital Health Literacy: Deep understanding of patient portal capabilities, digital front door strategies, and incorporating patient‑generated data into clinical workflows.

  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) or comparable enterprise EHR platforms, as well as experience with AI‑enabled health IT solutions.

  • Healthcare Market Fluency: Comprehensive knowledge of US healthcare system digital transformation requirements, including privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
