, we support individuals in building healthier, more stable lives through compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment
. We are currently seeking a Contracted Group Facilitator (1099) who is passionate about recovery and skilled in leading impactful group sessions.

This role offers
weekday hours
, a collaborative team environment, and meaningful work in outpatient addiction and mental health care.

• Facilitate mental health and substance use disorder groups using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches

• Lead psycho educational, coping skills, and relapse prevention groups

• Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive group environment

• Complete timely and accurate group documentation and attendance records

• Communicate relevant client observations to the clinical team

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements

• Experience in behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or group facilitation

• Strong understanding of group dynamics and recovery-oriented care

• Professional, reliable, and culturally competent

• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-3:40 PM

• Comfortable working as a 1099 contracted employee

• Outpatient or residential treatment settings

• Familiarity with DSM-5 and co-occurring disorders

• Supportive, mission-driven clinical team
