Maternal Health Territory Director

We are seeking a Maternal Health Territory Director to develop and grow relationships with healthcare providers across Tennessee.

This is a relationship‑focused role ideal for experienced medical sales professionals, clinical liaisons, or healthcare outreach leaders who enjoy building trusted partnerships — not high‑pressure selling.

You will work directly with OB/GYN clinics, hospital teams, and community partners to help them connect patients with Help To Moms’ programs and services.

• Develop and manage relationships with OB/GYN clinics, hospitals, and healthcare partners
• Educate providers and staff on referral workflows and ordering processes
• Conduct in‑office trainings and territory visits
• Drive adoption of Help To Moms programs within assigned territory
• Support patient referral growth through relationship‑building and education
• Maintain accurate activity tracking within CRM systems
• Represent Help To Moms at community and healthcare events

• 2+ years in medical device, pharma, DME, or healthcare outreach
• Experience calling on OB/GYN, women’s health, hospital, or primary care offices preferred
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
• Self‑starter comfortable managing a territory
• Passion for maternal health and community impact

• Women’s health or maternal health background
• Clinical liaison or hospital outreach experience
• Spanish bilingual is a plus
